DSB, in collaboration with selected fitness providers, offers an attractive employee benefit – Fitness via Salary. The scheme gives you the opportunity to train on favorable terms, with payment made directly through your salary. This makes it easy to prioritize physical activity in a busy everyday life.
The purpose is to support wellbeing, health, and job satisfaction among DSB employees – and to make it easier to choose an active lifestyle. On this page, you will find all the necessary information about the scheme as well as guidance for registration.

What is a net salary solution?
How it works
A net salary solution is an arrangement where you as an employee pay for a staff benefit - e.g. fitness - via your salary. The amount is deducted directly from your salary as a net salary deduction after tax.
The payment happens automatically every month, so you do not have to keep track of separate payments yourself. It is a simple and clear solution that makes it easy to prioritize health.

Important information about ordering
📅 Ordering window
Orders can be placed from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Orders placed outside this window will be processed in the following period.
🚀 Start date
Your fitness solution starts on the 1st of the month after the month following your signup – not the next upcoming month.
📌 Example
If you sign up on May 10, your solution will be active from July 1. Payment starts in line with the salary deduction on the same date.
How to access the portal
It is easy and quick to get started. You simply fill in your basic information in the portal, after which you will receive a personal access code by email. Then you can freely choose your preferred fitness chain and order your membership.
